Booking and securing your reservation.
We require 50% deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax. For groups of 5 or more rooms the balance is due 30 days before check in.
You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow please sign as a acknowledgement and fax or email it back.

In the event you need to cancel
For cancellations less than 14 days from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-Refundable and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations. ( 21 days for Christmas and New Years week )
In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show up the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.
